Reasonable Security Measures

BillLah uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect accounts and workspace data.

Security controls may evolve as the product, infrastructure, and beta feedback mature.

Account Security

Users are responsible for keeping account passwords secure and for signing out of shared devices.

Business owners should manage employee access carefully and remove access when it is no longer needed.

Third-Party Infrastructure

BillLah relies on third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, database, storage, authentication, email, and related services.

Availability, backups, recovery, monitoring, and recovery time may depend on the configured infrastructure and plan.

No Absolute Security Guarantee

No internet-connected system can guarantee 100% security.

BillLah does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other certified compliance unless those certifications are separately completed and published.

Report Security Issues

Users should report suspected account compromise, unauthorized access, data exposure, or security issues as soon as possible using the support email shown on this page.
